History

Employment Solutions was founded in September 2003 in response to a growing need of people with disabilities to find and retain employment. Originally operating as a sole proprietorship we offered a range of services within the vocational rehabilitation market. Building on the skills and community knowledge of Steve Morris the owner Employment Solutions provided Case Management, Vocational Assessments, Job Search Programs including development and coaching as well as Market Research Analysis, primarily to ODSP Employment supports and there clients in the City of Woodstock. During our first expansion of service in 2004 we offered these services to all of Oxford County. In 2006 we extended our service area to include the City of London and East Middlesex.

2007 saw us expand to Town of Strathroy and West Middlesex at the invitation of Middlesex Community Living and now in 2008 we are offering our services to clients and businesses in St. Thomas and Elgin county.

Employment Solutions incorporated on January 1, 2005 in order to meet the growing needs of the company.

We have maintained our head office in Woodstock, with satellite services provided out of London, Tillsonburg, Strathroy and most recently St. Thomas, each location is staffed by an Employment Specialist and a Job Coach with central office support from Woodstock.
